What is the standard delivery timeframe for my order?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days. Express next-day delivery is also available for orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Thursday.
Do Cello Electronics products come with a warranty?
Yes, all our LED TVs and electronic appliances come with a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor.
What is your return policy for faulty or unwanted items?
You can return any item within 30 days of purchase. Unwanted items must be in their original packaging and unused condition, while faulty items will be handled under our priority repair or replacement service.

Are your TVs compatible with wall mounting?
Most Cello LED TVs are VESA compliant, meaning they can be easily mounted to a wall using a standard VESA wall bracket. Please check the product specifications for the exact VESA size.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website to monitor your delivery in real-time.
